I absolutely loved what Marvel did with WandaVision, their first Disney+ Series. What a Brilliant Series! The storytelling was damn good, reeling in mystery and full of surprises. All this, while paying a fabulous homage to some famous Sitcoms right from the 1950s to the early 2020s. Keep reading to find out why one gets helplessly hooked onto this series from the very first episode.
Attention to detail is extremely good. Even in the opening Marvel logo, the old phase superheroes are shown in greyscale, implying the proverbial passing on of the baton. Iron man’s clip in the logo too has been replaced by the famous snap. Every episode opens with a different style of credits and the embedded Television Commercials were just outstanding.
Backed by some excellent Performances, Stunning Sets & Skillful Makeup, WandaVision’s amazing plot is tactically unraveled with high precision and engagement. After watching this and Spiderman: Far From Home, coupled with Marvel’s continued trend of intriguing Easter Eggs, it is beyond doubt that Marvel has kick-started their new phase in a very powerful way. With this series, Wanda ushers in a brand New Dawn upon the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and now, we can’t help but eagerly wait for Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness.
