St. Augustine once said, “The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.”

As far as I can remember, I have always embarked on some journey or a trip every 6 months or so. Even as a kid, my parents used to take me places, not that frequently though. Most of my trips are not just to see places but to live in them and experience daily life, food/cuisine and culture of that place. As one starts to travel, you soon begin to realize the world is more like a library of books and each of those books are filled with many countless pages. One always returns with several stories and adventures from each of those journeys.

I never travel in organized tours but live and explore every place, just as if I am one of their local inhabitants.

Every place has a story to tell, so do the people living in it but when a stranger enters their world, the story-line changes for all 3 of them – this change, though brief as it maybe, leads to Adventures and fuels the very passion behind each journey. This page is dedicated to the many such unexpected adventures experienced while exploring the daily mundane world of unknown people from faraway lands.

Humans themselves being enslaved could not pay the price of their own Freedom. Just like those great freedom fighters of India, humanity needed a…

The Golden Glitter Of The Sun

Spread The Love

ONE of the most beautiful sights that I love to behold is the reflection of the sunlight falling on the water. Like a sparkling bridge made of gold dust floating above the water, and it often makes me wonder if this is how glorious the golden paths or streets will look like in Heaven as referred to in the Book of Revelation 21:21.
